Peace be upon him, who was saturated in (his) blood.
سلام بر آن آغشته به خون ،
Peace be upon him, whose tents were violated.
سلام بر آنکه (حُرمَتِ) خیمه گاهش دریده شد ،
Peace be upon the fifth of the People of the Cloak.
سلام بر پنجمینِ اصحابِ کساء ،
Peace be upon the loneliest of the lonely.
سلام بر غریبِ غریبان،
Peace be upon the (greatest) martyr of all martyrs.
سلام بر شهیدِ شهیدان ،
Peace be upon him, who was slain by the individuals of illegitimate birth.
سلام بر مقتولِ دشمنان ،
Peace be upon the one who is at rest in Karbala.
سلام بر ساکنِ کربلاء ،
Peace be upon the one for whom the heavenly Angels wept.
سلام بر آن کسى که فرشتگانِ آسمان بر او گریستند ،

سلام بر آن مَحاسنِ به خون خضاب شده،
Peace be upon the cheek that struck the dust.
سلام بر آن گونه خاک آلوده،
Peace be upon the butchered body.
سلام بر آن بدنِ برهنه ،
Peace be upon the front teeth that were beaten with a rod.
سلام بر آن دندانِ چوب خورده ،
Peace be upon the head raised (upon a lance).
سلام برآن سرِ بالاى نیزه رفته،
Peace be upon the unclothed corpses in the desert, bitten by wild wolves and around whom the beasts of prey prowled.
سلام بر آن بدن هاى برهنه و عریانى که در بیابان ها(ىِ کربلاء)
گُرگ هاى تجاوزگر به آن دندان مى آلودند و درندگان خونخوار بر گِردِ آن مى گشتند،
Peace be upon you, O my master, and the Angels
سلام برتو اى مولاى من و برفرشتـگانى که بر گِـردِ بارگاه تو پَر مى کِشند،
who flutter around your dome
surround your grave, circumambulate your courtyard,
و اطرافِ تُربتـت اجتماع کرده اند، و در آستانِ تو طواف مى کنند،
, and come for your visitation.
و براى زیارت تو وارد مى شوند،

In a few days, the story of eternal Ishq is retold,

حضرت زینب؛پیام آور عاشورا
یا عباس،کجا بودی هنگامی که آنها دختران حسین و من را به غل و زنجیر کشیدند و تحت فشار قرار دادند و از شهری به شهر دیگر راندند؛در حالیکه سر حسین درست در مقابل چشمان ما بر روی نیزه بود و از آن خون می چکید
Zainab was Imam al-Husayn's younger sister who accompanied Imam al-Husain from Medina
Two of her sons, Awn and Muhammad, were martyred on Ashura in Karbala.
She bravely acted as the leader of the survivors of the Karbala incident and eloquently acted as the disclosing voice of the Karbala revolt to reveal the real face and unjust character of Yazid.
زینب خواهر کوچکتر امام حسین (ع) بود که از مدینه با او همراه شد.

اَشـهَدُ اَنَّکَ قَد اَقَمتَ الصَّلاةَ وَآتَیتَ الزَّکاة
گواهی دهم که تو بپاداشتى نماز را و بدادى زکات را
I bear witness that verily you established the prayers And gave the zakat (prescribed share) to the needy
وَاَمَرتَ بـاُلمِعروف ِوَنَهَیتَ عـَنِ المُنکرِ
و امر کردى به معروف (کار نیک ) و نهى کردى از منکر (کار زشت )
And commanded to do what is right and lawful And not to do that which is wrong and unlawful
وَاَطـَعـتَ اللهَ وَرَسـولَهُ حـَتّى اَتیکَ الیَقـینُ
و پیروى کردى از خدا و رسولش تا به شهادت رسیدى
And obeyed Allah and His Messenger until the inevitable came unto you
فـَلَعـَنَ اللهُ اُمَةً قَتـَلَتـکَ وَلَعَنَ اللهُ اُمَةً ظَلَمَتکَ
پس خدا لعنت کند مردمى که تو را کشتند و خدا لعن کند مردمى که به تو ستم کردند
So, Allah curse those who killed you And Allah curse those who wronged you
وَلَعَنَ اللهُ اُمَةً سَمِعت بـِذلک فَرَضِیَت بـه
و خدا لعنت کند مردمى که این جریان را شنیدند و بدان راضى شدند
And Allah curse those who heard the event and rested satisfied
یا مَولای یا ابا عَبدِ اللهِ
اى مولاى من اى ابا عبداللّه
O My Master, O Aboo ′Abdullah!
اَشهَدُ اَنّک کُنتَ نوُرا فی الأصلابِ الشّامِخَةِ وَالأرحـامِ المُطَهَرَةِ
گواهى دهم که تو براستى نورى بودى در صُلبهاى شامخ (و بلند) و رَحِمْهاى پاک
I bear witness that verily you were a light in the sublime loins and purified wombs
لم تـُنَجـِسـکَ الجـاهِلیَّةُ بـاَنِجـاسـِها
آلوده ات نکرد زمان جاهلیت به پلیدیهایش
The impurities of ignorance did not even tough you
وَلَم تـُلبـِسکَ مِن مُدلَهِمّاتِ ثـِیابـِها
و نپوشاندت از جامه هاى آلوده
Nor could its soiled and dirty bearing ever smear you
وَاَشـهَدُ أنَکَ مِن دَعائِم الدّین وَاَرکانِ المُؤمِنینَ
و گواهى دهم که براستى تو از جمله ستونهاى دین و پایه هاى محکم مردان با ایمانى
I bear witness that, verily, you are the mainstay of the religion, and the supporter of the faithful ones
وَاَشهَدُ اَنّکَ الإمـام البَّرُ التَّقـیُ الرَّضـیُ الزَّکیّ الهادِی المَهدِیُ
و گواهى دهم که براستى تو پیشوائى هستى نیکوکار و با تقوى و پسندیده و پاکیزه و راهنماى راه یافته
I bear witness that, verily, you are a pious, God-fearing, favorite, wise And rightly guided (Imam)
وَاَشـهَدُ اَنَّ الأَئمّة مِن وُلْدِکَ کَلِمةُ التَّقـوى
و گواهى دهم که امامان از فرزندان تو اساس (و حقیقت ) تقوى
I bear witness that the Imams, in your progeny, are the words of piety
وَاَعـلامُ الهُدى وَالعـُروةُ الوُثـقى وَالحـُجَّةُ عـَلى اَهل الدُنیـا
و نشانه هاى هدایت و دستاویز محکم (حق ) و حجتهائى بر مردم دنیا هستند
And the signs of guidance And the safe handle of Islam, And the decisive argument for the humankind.
وَاُشـهِدُ اللهَ وَمـلائکـَتـَهُ وَاَنبـِیائَهُ وَرُسـُلَهُ
و گواه گیرم خدا و فرشتگانش و پیمبرانش
I call Allah to give witness, and also His Angels And His Prophets and His Messenger
اَنّی بـِکـمُ مُؤمِنٌ وَبـِایِابـِکم مُوقنٌ بـَشَرائِع دینی وخواتیِم عَمَلی
و رسولانش را که من براستى به شما ایمان دارم و به بازگشتتان یقین دارم طبق مقررات دین و مذهبم و پایان کردارم
That, verily, I believe in (all of) you And that I am sure of your Return Joined to the divine laws of my belief and my accomplishments
وقَلبی لقَلبِکم سِلمٌ وَاَمری لِامْرِکـمُ مُتَّبـع
و دلم تسلیم دل شما است و کارم پیرو کار شما است
And my heart is resigned to yours And my conduct is following the example of yours
صـَلَوات الله عَلَیکم وَعَلى اَرواحـِکم وَعَلى اَجـسـادِکُم
درودهای خدا بر شما و بر روانهایتان و بر جسدهاتان
Blessings of Allah be on (all of) you and on your souls And on your bodies
وعـَلَى اَجـسـامِکُم وَعـَلى شـاهِدِکم
و بر پیکرتان و بر حاضرتان
and on your forms and (when) you are in view
وَعـَلَى غـائِبـِکم وَعـَلَى ظـاهرکم وعـلى بــاطـِنـِکـم
و بر غائبتان و بر آشکارتان و بر نهانتان
and (when) you are out of sight and on your style and on your substance.

بـاَبـی أَنـت وَ اُمی یَا بْن رَسـُولِ اللهِ یا ابـا عـَبـدِ اللهِ
پدر و مادرم به فداى تو اى فرزند رسول خدا
My father and mother be sacrificed for you, O son of the Messenger of Allah! My father and mother be sacrificed for you, O Aboo Abdullah!
لَقَد عَظـُمتِ الرَّزیَّةُ و جـَلَتِ المُصـیبـَةُ بـِکَ عَلَینا
راستى بزرگ گشت عزایت و گران شد مصیبت تو بر ما
Verily terrible was the calamity and your suffering casts gloom upon us
وَعَلى جــَمــیعِ اَهل السَّمــواتِ والأرض
و بر همه اهل آسمانها و زمین
And upon all the people of the heavens and the earth.
فــَلَعَنَ اللهُ اُمـةً أَسرجَت و َاَلجمـَتْ وَتـَهَیَأت و تنـقـبـت لِقـِتالِک
پس خدا لعنت کند مردمى را که اسبان را زین کردند و دهانه زدند و آماده کشتارت شدند
Therefore, curse of Allah be on the people who saddled up and gave rein to their horses and prepared to kill you.
یا مَوْلای یاابـا عـَبـدِ اللهِ
اى مولاى من اى ابا عبداللّه
O my Master, O Aba ′Abdullah!
قَصَدْتُ حَرَمَک وَاَتَیْت اِلى مَشْهَدِک
من آهنگ کردم حرم تو را و آمدم به زیارتگاهت
I moved towards your sacred shrine and came to visit you
اَسـئَلُ اللهَ بـالِشـأن الذَی لَکَ عِندَهُ
از خدا خواهم بدان منزلتى که در پیش او دارى
I beseech Allah by the status that you enjoy with Him
وَ بـِالمَحَل الَّذی لَکَ لَدَیهِ
و بدان مقامی که نزدش داری
And in the position that you enjoy with Him
اَن یُصـَلیَعَلَى مُحـَمّدٍ وَآلِ مُحـَمّدٍ
که درود فرستد بر محمد وآل محمد
To send blessings on Muhammad and on the children of Muhammad
وَاَن یَجعَلَنی مَعَکم فی الدُنیا وَالآخـِرة
و قرار دهد مرا با شما در دنیا و آخرت
And keep me with you in this world and in the Hereafter
السّلامُ عـَلَیکَ یابــنَ رَسـوُلِ اللهِ
Peace be upon you, O son of the Messenger of Allah.
السـّلامُ عـَلَیکَ یابـنَ نَبـِیِ اللهِ
Peace be upon you, O son of the Prophet of Allah.
السـّلامُ عـَلَیـکَ یابـنَ اَمیر المُؤمِنینَ
Peace be upon you, O son of Ameer al-Mu’mineen (the commander of the believers).
السـّلامُ عَلَیکَ یابـنَ الحـُسـینِ الشـهیدِ
Peace be upon you, O son of al-Husayn the shaheed (martyr).
السـّلامُ عَلَیکَ ایُّها الشـَهیدُ وابـن الشـهید
Peace be upon you, O shaheed.
السـّلامُ عـَلَیکَ ایُّها المـَظـلومُ وَابـنُ المَظـلوُمِ
Peace be upon you, O the oppressed one and son of the oppressed one.
لَعَنَ اللهُ اُمةً قَتـَلَتـک وَلَعَنَ الله اُمةً ظَلَمَتـکَ
Curse of Allah be on those who killed you. Curse of Allah be on those who persecuted you.
وَلَعَن اللهُ اُمةً سـَمِعت بـِذلِک فَرَضِیت بـِهِ
Curse of Allah be on those who heard this even but rested satisfied.
السـّلامُ عَلَیکَ یا یاوَلیَّ اللهِ وَابـنَ وَلِیهِ
Peace be upon you, O the saint of Allah and son of the saint of Allah.
لَقَد عَظُمتِ المُصـیبـَةُ
Verily terrible was the calamity
وَجـَلّتِ الرَزِیةُ بـِکَ عـَلینا وَعـَلَى جـَمیعِ المُسـلِمینَ
And your suffering casts gloom upon us And upon all of Muslims
فَلَعَنَ اللهُ اُمةً قَتَلَتک وَاَبـرءُ اِلى اللهِ وَاِلیکَ مـِنهم
So, curse of Allah be on those who killed you And I disconnect all links with them and turn to Allah and you.
السَّلامُ عـَلَیکُم یااَولیاءَ اللهِ وَاَحـِبـائَهُ
Peace be upon all of you, O the saints and dears of Allah
السَّلام ُعـَلَیکُم یا اصـفـِیاءَ اللهِ وَاوِدّائَهُ
Peace be upon all of you, O the adorers of Allah and the sincerely attached to Him
السَّلامُ عـَلَیکُم یا اَنصـارَ دینِ اللهِ
Peace be upon all of you, O the helpers of Allah’s religion
السَّلامُ عـَلَیکُم یا اَنـصـارَ رَسـُولِ اللهِ
Peace be upon all of you, O the helpers of the Messenger of Allah
السَّلامُ عـَلَیـکُم یـا اَنـصـارَ اَمیرِ المُؤمِنـین
Peace be upon all of you, O the helpers of Ameer al-Mu’mineen
السَّلامُ عـَلَیکُم یا اَنـصـارَ فـاطـِمةَ الزهراء سَیدةِ نِساءِ العـالَمینَ
Peace be upon all of you, O the helpers of Fatimah the chiefess of the women of this world
السَّلامُ عـَلَیکُم یا اَنـصـارَ اَبـی مُحـَمَّدٍ الحـَسـَنِ بـن عـلیٍّ الوَلی الناصِح
Peace be upon all of you, O the helpers of Aboo Muhammad al-Hasan ibn Ali The sincere, pure and faithful saint
السَّلامُ عَلَیکُم یا اَنصارَ اَبـی عَبـدِ اللهِ
Peace be upon all of you, O the helpers of Aboo Abdullah
بـاَبـی اَنتُم وَاُمی طِبـتُم وطابـَتِ الأرضُ الّتـی فـیها دُفـِنـتُم
My father and mother be sacrificed for you Verily, you were pure; therefore, the land wherein you are buried has been purified
وَفـُزتُم فـَوزاً عـَظـیماً
You also attained your end and won great fortune
فَیا لَیْتَنی کُنْت مَعَکُم
Would that we were with you
فَاَفُوزَ مَعَکُمْ
So that we could also share the accomplishment with you.
السَّلامُ عـَلَیـْکَ یا وارِثَ آدَمَ صـَفـُوةِ اللهِ
Peace be upon you, O inheritor of Adam, the chosen one of Allah
السَّلامُ عـَلَیْکَ یا وارِثَ نـوُحٍ نَبــِیِ اللهِ
Peace be upon you, O inheritor of Nuh, the Prophet of Allah
السَّلامُ عـَلَیـْکَ یـا وارِثَ إبـراهیـمَ خـَلیـلِ اللهِ
Peace be upon you, O inheritor of Ibrahim, the intimate friend of Allah
السَّلامُ عـَلَیـْکَ یا وارِثَ موســى کـَلیِم اللهِ
Peace be upon you. O inheritor of Musa, the one who talked to Allah
السَّلامُ عـَلَیـْکَ یـا وارِثَ عـیـسى روُحِ الله
Peace be upon you, O inheritor of 'Isa, the spirit of Allah
السَّلامُ عـَلَیْکَ یا وارِثَ مـُحـَمـّدٍ حـَبـیبِ اللهِ
Peace be upon you, O inheritor of Muhammad, the most beloved friend of Allah
السَّلامُ عـَلَیـْکَ یـا وارِثَ اَمیرِ المُؤمِنینَ وَلَیِ اللهِ
Peace be upon you, O inheritor of Ali, the commander of the faithful and the friend of Allah
السَّلامُ عـَلَیـْکَ یَابـنَ مـُحـَمـّدٍ المـُصـطـَفـى
Peace be upon you, O son of the Muhammad mustafaa
السَّلامُ عـَلَیْکَ یَابـن عـلی المرتـضـى
Peace be upon you, O son of Ali Murtazaa
السَّلامُ عَلَیْکَ یَابـن فاطـمة الزهراء
Peace be upon you, O son of Fatema,
السَّلامُ عَلَیْکَ یَابـنَ خَدیجَةَ الکُبـرى
Peace be upon you, O son of Khadijatul- kubra
السَّلام عَلَیْکَ یا ثارَ اللهِ وابـنَ ثارِِهِ والوِتـرَ المَوتـوُرَ
سلام بر تو اى کسى که خدا خونخواهیش کند و فرزند چنین خونى و اى تک و تنها مانده اى که انتقام خونت گرفته نشد
Peace be upon you, O he who fought in the way of Allah and the son of one who fought in the way of Allah
اَشـهَدُ اَنَّکَ قَد اَقَمتَ الصَّلاةَ وَآتَیتَ الزَّکاة
گواهی دهم که تو بپاداشتى نماز را و بدادى زکات را
I bear witness that verily you established the prayers And gave the zakat (prescribed share) to the needy
وَاَمَرتَ بـاُلمِعروف ِوَنَهَیتَ عـَنِ المُنکرِ
و امر کردى به معروف (کار نیک ) و نهى کردى از منکر (کار زشت )
And commanded to do what is right and lawful And not to do that which is wrong and unlawful
وَاَطـَعـتَ اللهَ وَرَسـولَهُ حـَتّى اَتیکَ الیَقـینُ
و پیروى کردى از خدا و رسولش تا به شهادت رسیدى
And obeyed Allah and His Messenger until the inevitable came unto you
فـَلَعـَنَ اللهُ اُمَةً قَتـَلَتـکَ وَلَعَنَ اللهُ اُمَةً ظَلَمَتکَ
پس خدا لعنت کند مردمى که تو را کشتند و خدا لعن کند مردمى که به تو ستم کردند
So, Allah curse those who killed you And Allah curse those who wronged you
وَلَعَنَ اللهُ اُمَةً سَمِعت بـِذلک فَرَضِیَت بـه
و خدا لعنت کند مردمى که این جریان را شنیدند و بدان راضى شدند
And Allah curse those who heard the event and rested satisfied
یا مَولای یا ابا عَبدِ اللهِ
اى مولاى من اى ابا عبداللّه
O My Master, O Aboo ′Abdullah!
اَشهَدُ اَنّک کُنتَ نوُرا فی الأصلابِ الشّامِخَةِ وَالأرحـامِ المُطَهَرَةِ
گواهى دهم که تو براستى نورى بودى در صُلبهاى شامخ (و بلند) و رَحِمْهاى پاک
I bear witness that verily you were a light in the sublime loins and purified wombs
لم تـُنَجـِسـکَ الجـاهِلیَّةُ بـاَنِجـاسـِها
آلوده ات نکرد زمان جاهلیت به پلیدیهایش
The impurities of ignorance did not even tough you
وَلَم تـُلبـِسکَ مِن مُدلَهِمّاتِ ثـِیابـِها
و نپوشاندت از جامه هاى آلوده
Nor could its soiled and dirty bearing ever smear you
وَاَشـهَدُ أنَکَ مِن دَعائِم الدّین وَاَرکانِ المُؤمِنینَ
و گواهى دهم که براستى تو از جمله ستونهاى دین و پایه هاى محکم مردان با ایمانى
I bear witness that, verily, you are the mainstay of the religion, and the supporter of the faithful ones
وَاَشهَدُ اَنّکَ الإمـام البَّرُ التَّقـیُ الرَّضـیُ الزَّکیّ الهادِی المَهدِیُ
و گواهى دهم که براستى تو پیشوائى هستى نیکوکار و با تقوى و پسندیده و پاکیزه و راهنماى راه یافته
I bear witness that, verily, you are a pious, God-fearing, favorite, wise And rightly guided (Imam)
وَاَشـهَدُ اَنَّ الأَئمّة مِن وُلْدِکَ کَلِمةُ التَّقـوى
و گواهى دهم که امامان از فرزندان تو اساس (و حقیقت ) تقوى
I bear witness that the Imams, in your progeny, are the words of piety
وَاَعـلامُ الهُدى وَالعـُروةُ الوُثـقى وَالحـُجَّةُ عـَلى اَهل الدُنیـا
و نشانه هاى هدایت و دستاویز محکم (حق ) و حجتهائى بر مردم دنیا هستند
And the signs of guidance And the safe handle of Islam, And the decisive argument for the humankind.
وَاُشـهِدُ اللهَ وَمـلائکـَتـَهُ وَاَنبـِیائَهُ وَرُسـُلَهُ
و گواه گیرم خدا و فرشتگانش و پیمبرانش
I call Allah to give witness, and also His Angels And His Prophets and His Messenger
اَنّی بـِکـمُ مُؤمِنٌ وَبـِایِابـِکم مُوقنٌ بـَشَرائِع دینی وخواتیِم عَمَلی
و رسولانش را که من براستى به شما ایمان دارم و به بازگشتتان یقین دارم طبق مقررات دین و مذهبم و پایان کردارم
That, verily, I believe in (all of) you And that I am sure of your Return Joined to the divine laws of my belief and my accomplishments
وقَلبی لقَلبِکم سِلمٌ وَاَمری لِامْرِکـمُ مُتَّبـع
و دلم تسلیم دل شما است و کارم پیرو کار شما است
And my heart is resigned to yours And my conduct is following the example of yours
صـَلَوات الله عَلَیکم وَعَلى اَرواحـِکم وَعَلى اَجـسـادِکُم
درودهای خدا بر شما و بر روانهایتان و بر جسدهاتان
Blessings of Allah be on (all of) you and on your souls And on your bodies
وعـَلَى اَجـسـامِکُم وَعـَلى شـاهِدِکم
و بر پیکرتان و بر حاضرتان
and on your forms and (when) you are in view
وَعـَلَى غـائِبـِکم وَعـَلَى ظـاهرکم وعـلى بــاطـِنـِکـم
و بر غائبتان و بر آشکارتان و بر نهانتان
and (when) you are out of sight and on your style and on your substance.

بـاَبـی أَنـت وَ اُمی یَا بْن رَسـُولِ اللهِ یا ابـا عـَبـدِ اللهِ
پدر و مادرم به فداى تو اى فرزند رسول خدا
My father and mother be sacrificed for you, O son of the Messenger of Allah! My father and mother be sacrificed for you, O Aboo Abdullah!
لَقَد عَظـُمتِ الرَّزیَّةُ و جـَلَتِ المُصـیبـَةُ بـِکَ عَلَینا
راستى بزرگ گشت عزایت و گران شد مصیبت تو بر ما
Verily terrible was the calamity and your suffering casts gloom upon us
وَعَلى جــَمــیعِ اَهل السَّمــواتِ والأرض
و بر همه اهل آسمانها و زمین
And upon all the people of the heavens and the earth.
فــَلَعَنَ اللهُ اُمـةً أَسرجَت و َاَلجمـَتْ وَتـَهَیَأت و تنـقـبـت لِقـِتالِک
پس خدا لعنت کند مردمى را که اسبان را زین کردند و دهانه زدند و آماده کشتارت شدند
Therefore, curse of Allah be on the people who saddled up and gave rein to their horses and prepared to kill you.
یا مَوْلای یاابـا عـَبـدِ اللهِ
اى مولاى من اى ابا عبداللّه
O my Master, O Aba ′Abdullah!
قَصَدْتُ حَرَمَک وَاَتَیْت اِلى مَشْهَدِک
من آهنگ کردم حرم تو را و آمدم به زیارتگاهت
I moved towards your sacred shrine and came to visit you
اَسـئَلُ اللهَ بـالِشـأن الذَی لَکَ عِندَهُ
از خدا خواهم بدان منزلتى که در پیش او دارى
I beseech Allah by the status that you enjoy with Him
وَ بـِالمَحَل الَّذی لَکَ لَدَیهِ
و بدان مقامی که نزدش داری
And in the position that you enjoy with Him
اَن یُصـَلیَعَلَى مُحـَمّدٍ وَآلِ مُحـَمّدٍ
که درود فرستد بر محمد وآل محمد
To send blessings on Muhammad and on the children of Muhammad
وَاَن یَجعَلَنی مَعَکم فی الدُنیا وَالآخـِرة
و قرار دهد مرا با شما در دنیا و آخرت
And keep me with you in this world and in the Hereafter
